Your calls and your scores

Written for sales agents. This is your page: your calls, your scores, and the feedback written for you. Nobody else’s work appears here, and yours does not appear on anybody else’s.

Where it is

My work

Where you land when you sign in. It is also available in the Android app, so you can read a review on your phone without opening a browser.

Your calls

Your recent calls, newest first. Each one shows who it was with, which way it went, how long it lasted, which app carried it, and a score if somebody has reviewed it.

No score
Nobody has reviewed that call. It is not a zero and it does not count against you — most calls are never reviewed, because reviewing is a sample.
Recording available
The audio is still held. Whether you can play it depends on a company setting, below.
Recording expired
The audio has passed its retention period and been deleted automatically. The call and any review of it remain.

Why some calls are missing

Calls that nobody answered are counted in your activity but not recorded — there is nothing to record. And if you are using the desktop app, a call made in a browser tab or in WhatsApp’s own desktop client is outside the recorder. If calls you definitely answered are missing, say so — it is usually a permission or a habit, and both are fixable.

The reviews written about you

When a reviewer finishes a call of yours, it appears here with everything they wrote for you to read:

  • The score, and how each criterion was answered.
  • General feedback — the overall read on the call.
  • Strengths — what you did well, specifically.
  • Areas for improvement, and the recommendation that goes with them.
  • Any coaching follow-up, and when it is due.

Newest first. Older reviews stay readable indefinitely, even after the recording behind them has expired, so a conversation about progress has something to refer to.

Playing your own calls back

If your company has switched on Let employees replay your own call recordings, you can listen to your own calls alongside the feedback.

Use it. Reviewers write timestamps — “at 2:14 you answered the price question before asking what they needed it for” — and hearing the moment is worth more than reading about it. It also tells you how you actually sound, which almost nobody has an accurate idea of.

If replay is off for your company, that is a decision made for legal or works-council reasons rather than about you. You still get the score and the written feedback.

What a score does and does not mean

It means

  • One reviewer’s judgement of one call, against criteria your company wrote down.
  • A specific, checkable assessment — every criterion is something that either happened or did not.
  • Something you can disagree with, by talking to whoever reviewed it.

It does not mean

  • An assessment of you. It is an assessment of a recording.
  • A measure of your whole week. Most of your calls were never reviewed.
  • Something that can be changed quietly after you have read it.

One low score is not a trend

Everybody has weak calls, including the people reviewing you. What is worth paying attention to is the same criterion coming up repeatedly — that is a habit, and habits are what coaching is for. A single score several points below your usual is more often a difficult customer than a change in you.

Who can see your work

Worth knowing precisely, because people reasonably want to know.

  • You can see your own calls, scores and feedback.
  • Quality assurance reviewers can review calls assigned to them, and can see more if your company has allowed it.
  • Your company owner can see the whole team’s calls and figures.
  • Other agents cannot see your calls, your scores or your feedback — ever, under any setting.
  • Qualitify staff cannot play your recordings.
  • Your recordings are never used to train AI models.

Every time somebody plays one of your recordings it is written to an audit log: who listened, and when. Private supervisor notes exist and you cannot see them — they are for things a manager should tell you in person rather than in a form.

Common questions

Can I delete a call?
No. A quality record somebody can edit is not a record. If a personal call was recorded by accident, tell your owner — they can remove it.
Can I stop recording for one call?
No, and there is no hidden mode either. If a call should not be recorded, make it from a device without the recorder on it.
Can I see who reviewed me?
Yes — the review shows who wrote it.
Can I reply to a review?
Not in the product. Talk to whoever wrote it; a disagreement about what happened on a call is a conversation, not a form.
What if my phone is lost?
End that session yourself, straight away — see Getting the apps and your devices.
