There is no tier that withholds a feature until you pay more. The only thing that changes with the price is how many people are using it.
Recording
The desktop app records every WhatsApp call an agent makes or takes, and uploads it when the call ends.
Reviewing
A fair sample, your own criteria with their own weights, critical-failure flags, and notes pinned to the second.
Goals and coaching
A daily call goal per agent — incoming, outgoing or both — and coaching plans measured against what came after.
Roles
Owner, QA reviewer and agent, each seeing what they should and nothing they should not.
5 GB per seat
Recording storage grows with the number of seats you buy, so a bigger team is not a smaller allowance.
90-day retention
Audio is deleted automatically after that. Scores, notes and call history are kept for good.
How paying works.
No recurring charge, no card on file, and no automatic renewal. This is unusual enough to be worth saying plainly.
You buy a term, not a subscription
One, three or twelve months. When it ends it simply ends unless you buy another — there is nothing to cancel.
No card is kept
Every payment is one you start. Nothing is taken automatically, because no card is held to take it from.
Seats can be added mid-term
A new person is charged only for the days left in the term you are already in, and is included in the next one. 5 seats is the smallest subscription, because the base price covers them whether you fill them or not.
Prices are shown in USD
Payment is taken in Iraqi dinars at the rate shown on the invoice. That rate is copied onto the invoice, so a later change never alters what you were charged.
An unpaid payment link lapses after a few days and the price is simply quoted again — nothing is charged in the meantime.
