Turn every conversation
into a better one.
Your team sells and supports over WhatsApp, where the real conversations happen on calls nobody can review. Qualitify records them, reviews the ones that matter, and shows whether the coaching worked.

Call management
See every call your team handles, and what happened to it.
One list: who took the call, how long it ran, whether there is audio, and where it stands for review.
- Find the call you meanFilter by agent, direction, date or review state, or search a customer name or number.
- Know where the audio isRecorded and ready, still uploading, or deleted on schedule — stated, never guessed at.
- See the score, or its absenceAn unreviewed call says so. It is never shown as a zero against the agent.
- Know why it was pickedEach reviewed call carries the reason it reached the queue.
Quality assurance
Review the conversations that matter.
Not every call needs reviewing. The ones that do are chosen fairly, so coverage spreads across your team instead of landing on whoever is easiest to check.
- A waveform you can scrub, with playback speed and notes pinned to the second they are about.
- Your own criteria, your own weighting, and flags for the mistakes that fail a call outright.
- Drafts save as the reviewer works, so a long call never costs them their progress.
Team performance
See performance, not just activity.
Call volume tells you how busy someone was, not how the conversation went. The two are kept apart, and every average arrives with the number of reviews behind it.
- Calls, talk time and direction per person, beside review coverage and score.
- A score from five reviews is never shown as though it were as solid as one from forty.
- Set a daily call goal per agent — incoming, outgoing or both — and watch today against it.
- An unreviewed call counts as a gap in coverage, never as a zero against the agent.

Coverage is the share of each person’s eligible calls that were reviewed. The small figure beside a score is how many reviews it came from.
Each person’s goal counts incoming, outgoing or both. Days your company does not work are never counted as missed.
Coaching
Turn feedback into improvement.
A score on its own changes nothing. Attach a coaching plan to it, agree what to work on and when to look again — then compare the reviews that came after against the ones before.
- A plan names the area, the supervisor who owns it and the date to follow up.
- Before and after sit side by side with their sample sizes, so you can tell progress from noise.
- Agents see the plan written for them; a supervisor’s own notes stay with the supervisor.

Retention and privacy
How recordings are looked after.
This product exists to help people get better at their job. That only works if everyone trusts how the recordings are kept.
Audio is deleted on schedule
Every recording is removed automatically 90 days after the call. Nobody has to remember to do it.
Reviews outlive the audio
Scores, written feedback, timestamped notes and call details are kept. Deleting a recording never erases the record of the review.
Your company sees only its own
Separation is enforced on the server, not in the interface. Recordings are served through short-lived signed links — there is no public URL to one.
Platform staff cannot play your recordings: every call endpoint is scoped to a company, and a platform account belongs to none. Recordings are never used to train AI models. Asking the people you call for consent, and telling your agents their calls are recorded, remains your responsibility — nothing here is legal advice.
